Luxury brand HQ and archistar studio select FABBRICA USA

New, important assignment of a project for FABBRICA USA, the flagship company of SOMEC group, active in the production of engineered facade systems with high added value.

FABBRICA USA will develop the exterior facade of the North American headquarter of a luxury brand, located in NYC on the 5th and 53rd in NYC, covering an area of approximately 13,000 square meters.  The project will ensure high standards of environmental design and sustainability and aims to obtain LEED Platinum certification in terms of sustainable performance and energy consumption.

With this new project, the orders acquired by #SOMECgruppo since the beginning of the year have risen to €197m, while the total backlog of the Group reached a record value of €826m as of 30 June 2021.
