Record order worth over $ 73 million in Cambridge (MA) for FABBRICA USA.

Our flagship co. in the U.S., FABBRICA LLC, has won a project to build more than 42,000 m² of curtain walls for two commercial buildings, laboratories and offices, located in Cambridge, Massachussets.

The project, by Pickard Chilton arch studio, involves 2 buildings that will rise respectively at 250 and 290 Binney Street. FABBRICA will take care of the design and engineering of 42.000 m² of curtain walls, whose particular complexity includes oblique elevations and protruding ‘wings’ elements called “DNA”.

The works are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2023 and to be completed for a building in 2024 and for the second in 2026.

The total order backlog of the group as at 30 June 2022 was 923 million euros.

From January 2022 to date, the contracts acquired amounted to approximately 217 million euros.
