MESTIERI wins projects in europe worth €13.4mn.

SOMEC group cos. were awarded interiors projects in Madrid, the Principality of Monaco and Papenburg, Germany through Mestieri Srl and Total Solution Interiors Srl, for a total  value of 13.4 million euro.

The first project concerns the construction of a new façade for a luxury brand boutique at the El Corte Inglés Castellana department store in Madrid, to be completed by February 2023. The second project consists of the construction and installation – by September 2023 – of monumental staircases, structures and parapets in different materials at the “Quartier de l’Anse du Portier”, also known as “Mareterra”, an innovative real estate development in the heart of the Principality of Monaco, between the Casino Square and the Grimaldi Forum. The third project, which will get underway in January 2023 and be completed in the same year, concerns the turnkey furnishing of the Casino (DK7) and Teens Circle & Arcade (DK17) public areas aboard the third Carnival Jubilee S.717, under construction at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg.  On this series, the Casino area is the largest in the entire Carnival fleet ever built.

As at 30 June 2022, the Group’s order backlog totalled 923 million euro.

From January 2022 to date, contracts won totalled 230 million euro
