SOMEC S.p.A., through the subsidiary MESTIERI, has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Gino Ceolin S.r.l. Unipersonale for the purchase of the majority of its share capital. The operation represents the first step of the growth of MESTIERI S.r.l., thus strengthening the design and creation division of high-end custom interiors.
Gino Ceolin S.r.l., founded in Mogliano Veneto in 1961, specializes in the creation of custom-made metal works for exteriors and interiors for high-end retail, hospitality, and residential projects. The company is an example of those Made in Italy firms that boasts prestigious references in major international markets.
