BLUESTEEL is awarded a €12mn+ project in central London

SOMEC Group co. BLUESTEEL S.r.l., a European player in the construction and installation of curtain walls and fixtures, has been awarded a new project worth £10.5mn (€12mn+ at current exchange rates) for a prestigious architectural project in Central London.

 The project consists of the construction of a 13-storey building, part of a large residential complex in Westminster on the Thames, located right in front of the Big Ben and the English Parliament. The new construction will host both residential spaces and commercial activities.

Specifically, BLUESTEEL will be in charge of the design, production and installation of the building’s cell façade system, as well as other components such as glazed balustrades, cladding, sliding systems and fixed glazed parts.
