Internal controls of SOMEC S.p.A.
The Company has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, including the Code of Ethics.
It has also adopted a Whistleblowing Procedure, as an integral part of the Model, aimed at regulating the methods of reporting unlawful conduct or irregularities within the company, in particular, through the provision of information channels suitable for guaranteeing the receipt, analysis and the treatment of reports as well as systems for protecting the whistleblower against discriminatory or, in any case, penalizing measures in the context of the employment relationship.
